We appreciate donations by individuals who possess administrative records and personal papers related to the Alabama-West Florida Conference and Huntingdon College and their antecedent organizations.  Link to pages describing  the Methodist Collection and the Huntingdon Collection for more information on the records we preserve.

In donating records, we suggest that you:

     1. Contact the Methodist Archives Center and inform the archivist about  what you have:

         telephone (334) 833-4413

         e-mail: <archives@huntingdon.edu>,

         letter mailed to:

              The Methodist Archives Center

              Huntingdon College Library

              1500 E. Fairview Avenue

              Montgomery, AL 36106

     2. Provide information about yourself--your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and your relationship to the records or personal papers.

     3. Provide as much information as you can about the records and personal papers you are donating, especially dates involved.

     4. It would help a great deal if you would remove staples, metal paper clips that rust, and rubber bands that we always have to remove before storing records.

     5. Bring the records to the Archives Center or ship them to the address above.
