The Commission on Archives and History is in charge of providing memoirs of ministers, deacons, and spouses who died during the conference year to be published in each year's  Journal of the Alabama-West Florida Conference.  It tries to get information that provides a complete memoir that genealogists find helpful in their research.  Obituaries and other personal papers of the deceased are preserved in the personal  reference files of the Methodist Archives Center.

Families of the deceased are asked to send this information to the Methodist Archives Center, Huntingdon College Library, 1500 East Fairview Avenue, Montgomery, Alabama 36106.

You can e-mail documents formatted in Microsoft Word and pictures in "jpg" format to  <archives@huntingdon.edu.>.
