A top priority for the Methodist Archives Center is servicing the archival records that have been cataloged in such a way that they can be located quickly if we have them. To make a request we suggest the following:
1. First click on the links describing our holdings and let us know if you want information from the Methodist Collection or the Huntingdon Collection. Also we have genealogical data on Methodist ministers who have served in this area since 1808 that has been helpful to many persons who have ancestors who were ministers.

3. Tell us about yourself and what you need. Provide your Name Address City, state, and zip Daytime phone number E-mail address Let us know if your request relates to the Methodist or Huntingdon Collection and describe the information you are hoping to find.
4. We will do initial research and let you know if and what we have. We can photocopy most records for you and mail them to you.
5. We will let you know if there are charges. There is no charge for research for persons and organizations related to the Alabama-West Florida Conference and Huntingdon College. However, for personal requests, especially genealogical requests, and for organizations not related to the Alabama-West Florida Conference or Huntingdon College, we have to charge because of our limited budget. 6. If there are charges and we do the research and copy records, we will send an invoice along with the documents we mail to you. You can then mail your payment to the Methodist Archives Center. Instructions will be on the invoice. |
